After your order has been shipped, arrival times on all orders depend on what shipping method was chosen. Please note that we have no control/responsibility for how fast/route the package is delivered after they leave our facility and is in the carriers' possession for delivery.

Domestic shipping:

USPS Priority Mail - 2-3 Business Days

USPS First Class Mail - 4-5 Business Days

International Shipping:

•USPS Priority Mail Intl - 5- 15 Business days depending on the country

USPS First Class Mail Intl - 2-5 weeks depending on the country

Please note that we do not process and/or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my package?

Haus is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in any of these cases. In the event that a package is lost or damaged during shipment, the customer is responsible for filing ALL claims with the mail carrier service. Squidhaus is NOT responsible for any package(s) once it has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the mail carrier.

Do International orders have to pay custom fees?

Haus has no control over custom fees and they can vary widely from country to country. Individual customers are unfortunately responsible for paying any and all custom fees. Please note that refusal of the package and/or return to sender package, the shipping cost will not be refunded as it was used to ship the order.

Terms and Guidelines:

Products purchased on sale can only be exchanged for a different item or returned for store credit.

Only Pre-Orders / Wait & Save products canceled within 7 days of purchase are eligible for refunds back to the original payment method. All other purchased products are eligible for store credit only or exchanges in size or color.

Our return window is 30 days post delivery. All requests must be submitted through the Loop Returns portal at the link below, subject to country availability.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If an item arrives damaged this will need to be reported within 5 days of delivery. When reporting this to us, please include images of the damage and an attachment of the SKU on the polybag packaging your item arrived in. Once approved, Haus will replace it with the same size and color as the original order. If any damage is reported after the 5 day time period, Haus is not responsible. If the required images cannot be provided, Haus will be unable to fulfill your request.

In order for a return to be eligible for store credit or an exchange, all items must meet these standards:

•All returned items must have no wear and tear, stains, or other signs of excess usage.

•The product must still have the original tag attached to it.

•The item and the packaging must come together and both be in good shape.

•The barcode sticker must still be on both bags and be clearly visible (this is what our warehouse will use to identify the product).

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We'll need proof of purchase (your order number) and although it's not required, we'd love to know why you'd like to return your order so that we can receive feedback on how we can improve in the future!

Return shipping costs will be subtracted from the store credit total you are issued when your items are received back by us.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged so that they will not be damaged in transit.

Please make sure to use the Loop Returns website and label to send back your return. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return without using the label they generate.

Please use your Loop Returns shipping label within 7 days of its creation.

Store Credit will be issued within 1 week of your return being received by our warehouse. If there is an issue with your return upon arrival, you will be contacted by support@squidhaus.us.

All orders are processed within 5 minutes of purchase and shipped within 72 business hours to ensure speedy delivery.
