If you put in the wrong address, please notify us immediately!

•If you contact us via email with your order # (5 digits), we might be able to catch it while it is still processing and before it has shipped.

•NOTE: We can’t guarantee we can catch the order in time to change the address, but will do our best. Once it has shipped, we cannot change the address. Address errors are the liability of the customer.

What Happens Next:

•Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a store credit refund for the full amount of the item.

•Your store credit will apply automatically at checkout the next time you shop—no codes needed. Just make sure you're logged into your customer account.

•Store credit never expires and can be used on any item in the shop.
