We offer Free Shipping service to orders over HKD500.An additional surcharge is applied per order on furniture, bulky items, oversize products or when the delivery destination location is remote*For orders below HKD500, a delivery cost of HKD50 is applicable. For customer in other region, including China and there rest of the world, please contact us at happy@bimboconcept.com for a shipping quote.Bimbo Concept can assist customers to arrange international shipping or courier goods to oversea. However, the shipping service is not operated by Bimbo Concept, therefore Bimbo Concept will not guarantee the goods’ safety during the transit. Customers have rights to choose and pay for a safer freight company service with higher cost, such as DHL offers insurance for goods-in-transit. If product is damaged during transit, Bimbo Concept will not take any responsibility, while customers or freight company solely responsible to the losses. In addition, customers may arrange other freight company of their choice to pick up the goods directly from Bimbo Concept warehouse. Upon the goods arrival, customers will be responsible to pay for custom tax duty if is needed.

DELIVERY SERVICES

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the purchase order. The Customer must check the exhaustiveness and the conformity of the information which he provides to Bimbo Concept. The latter cannot be held responsible for possible errors of data entry and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery error. In this context, all expenses engaged for the reforwarding of an order will be entirely the responsibility of the Customer.Bimbo Concept cannot be held responsible for delivery delays because of errors or disruptions due to transporters (including in particular in the event of a partial or all-out strike in particular of the mail services, transport and communications).

DISPATCHING TIMES

Orders placed online on Bimbo Concept site are dealt with each day from Monday to Friday, except public holiday. Bimbo Concept does its utmost to treat and dispatch any order received before 11am the very same day, nevertheless the preparation and processing time of an order may be lengthened according to articles, and may require 1 or 2 business days. As of reception of the dispatch confirmation email, the Customer can take into account the transportation times mentioned below. Bimbo Concept informs its Customers that these delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.In the case of an order which may comprise one or more Products not immediately available and one or more Products immediately available, Bimbo Concept will dispatch the order as of reception of the whole of the products which comprise the order. If the Customer wishes to receive the products immediately available more quickly, he is advised to isolate these articles in a separate order.An email is automatically sent to the Customer at the time of dispatch of the Products subject to the email address indicated in the inscription form not containing an error.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times may be considered to be the following:- If the products are available, the delivery period is equal to the dispatching time (dispatching times paragraph) plus transport time (transport times paragraph).- If the products are not immediately available, then delivery time equals dispatching time plus transport time plus times of delivery by Bimbo Concept's suppliers.

GIFT WRAPPING

Bimbo Concept offers its customers a gift-wrapping service for non-bulky objects, such as clothing and accessories, small toys and small objects of decoration. Bulky or cumbersome objects cannot benefit from a proper gift wrapping.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All tags, certificates, warranties, care instruction, product labelling, authenticity card, boxes, dusk bags are returned together with the merchandise. It must also be in the original packaging.

Below goods are not eligible for being returned. -Furniture/Mattress/Custom made furniture-Accessories (Jewellery, sunglasses) -On sales products -Product/Gifts given from promotions/giveaways/contest

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase to us if:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

If Bimbo Concept receive a return that can not be accepted, the customers can have the merchandise re-shipped at their sole cost or collect the return goods at Unit 1, 8/F Southmark Tower A, 11 Yip Hing Street, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong.

Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at happy@bimboconcept.com

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to explain the reason of your exchange at happy@bimboconcept.com. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to: Unit 1, 8/F Southmark Tower A, 11 Yip Hing Street, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.It is recommended that customers takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

Cancellation Under normal circumstances, we do not allow the cancellation of an order after the order has been submitted. Please contact happy@bimboconcpet.com immediately if there is a specific reason for cancellation.
