International Shipping

Some items can ship internationally, and we will email you a shipping bill if they can.

•You will check out with free or $12.99 USD flat rate shipping, but you will still be billed.

•We are unable to calculate the cost of customs duties, taxes, and fees, so you will be responsible for paying those directly to the shipping carrier, such as FedEx or UPS.

Some items can only ship within the US, and you will need to get a free US shipping address from MyUS.com . We will ship your order to MyUS, and then you will pay for shipping from MyUS to you.

•Once you place your order, we will let you know if it can be shipped internationally or if you need to get a free US shipping address from MyUS.com .

•We no longer provide shipping quotes before ordering.

Contiguous US Shipping

•Most orders over $500 in the 48 contiguous states ship for free at Milky Motorsports!* (See note at the bottom of this page)

•Most orders under $500 in the 48 contiguous states ship for a flat rate of $12.99.* (See note at the bottom of this page)

Non-Contiguous US Shipping

•Most non-contiguous US orders (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, etc.) will ship for a flat rate of $29.99.* (See note at the bottom of this page)

Expedited Shipping

•Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge. Please contact us for an expedited shipping quote.

*Please be aware – some heavier / larger items such as body parts, engines, transmissions, wheels, tires, etc. may require a shipping fee greater than the free / flat rate policies mentioned above. If your order requires a higher shipping rate then we will email you a shipping invoice.

Before starting a return, please note - any part quality issues must be taken up with the part's manufacturer.

International orders cannot be returned.

•If we make a mistake , we will pay for return shipping & ship out the correct part(s) for free.

•If you make a mistake , you will be responsible for the return shipping fee & the shipping fee to get the correct part(s). Your return will be subject to a restocking fee.

•All returns must be approved by Milky Motorsports first.

•Returns are allowed within 30 days from the date the order was delivered.

•Parts must be in original packaging & in new condition for a refund. Parts not in new condition will not be accepted.

•Custom-ordered parts cannot be returned.

If you want to return your order because you no longer need the part or you ordered the wrong part then you will not be refunded for the shipping fee and you will only be refunded for the part's price minus any restocking fee.

Opening a credit card chargeback/dispute without written communication with us first to resolve any issue is in violation of our Terms of Service and will not be tolerated. Any issue you have can be resolved amicably. Keeping both the product(s) and getting your money back from your credit card company is considered theft and will be treated as such. You will be taken to small claims court promptly.
