EXCHANGES If you are not delighted with your purchase, an exchange may be made for any other item in our boutique if the unwanted merchandise is returned in its original condition within 14 days of purchase. EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM Please call us on 505-995-1000 or email us at service@bonmarcheonline.com and notify us that you need to make an exchange. We will assist you in choosing another item. We suggest using Fed Ex for your return but you may use any carrier service. We suggest that you retain a record of the return tracking number for future reference. If you choose to use a different return method, we suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise in order to protect yourself from loss. You may use the original packaging; however, be sure to black out or cover any additional ship labels that may be on your return package.
