If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping & handling charges.

Items that require a 10% restocking fee:

Orchestra Bows, mouthpieces, all instruments over $299.00

Instruments that show obvious signs of wear and use (pick scratches, finger prints, etc) may be subject to an additional 10% cleaning fee.

Returned Mouthpieces

We do allow a customer to purchase 2 mouthpieces with the intent of choosing one and returning the other. In this instance, the restocking fee is waived on the returned mouthpiece. Shipping & handling is the responsibility of the buyer.

Items that may only be returned if unopened/unused

Strings, reeds, ear buds and in ear monitors, small mouth blown instruments, drumheads, drumsticks, clothing & jewelry, cleaners & polishing cloths, music, software, CD’s, DVD’s.

Harmonicas are not returnable. If defective, please contact the manufacturer.

Should you find it neccessary to return any merchandise, please contact us to receive a return authorization number. All returns are reviewed and you will receive notice on how to proceed once your return has been approved.

Once you have received your return authorization number from us, please carefully pack your merchandise. All returns:

1. Must include your Return Authorization Number

2. Must be in the original packaging complete with accessories and paperwork that was originally included

3. Must be in brand new condition. Merchandise that shows any sign of wear is subject to refusal of your return or a restocking fee.

When returning an item, please use the products original packaging and boxes to return the merchandise to us. We recommend using FedEX or UPS. For your protection, we recommend insuring the item for your purchase price and retaining the tracking number provided by the shipper.
