We have strict quality control systems which sees that we cup each and every roast daily.All coffee must meet our high standards and expectations, otherwise it will not be dispatched. Because of this, we do not accept returns on coffee. All merchandise, apparel, and/or coffee equipment purchases are under a 14 day return policy.If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wanting a refund or exchange, please contact hello@blackmassroasters.com

Please include your name, order number, date of purchase, which items, and reason for return. Please return the goods within 14 day.

•We will not cover the return shipping charges.

•We do not offer refunds or credits for orders placed incorrectly, including those with the wrong product or incorrect product specifications.

•If purchasing ground coffee, note that it is ground to a generic grind setting based on your selected brew method. Suitability is not guaranteed. For best results, grind fresh. No refunds or replacements will be issued for grind related issues.

We do not refund, send replacements or give store credit for orders delayed, lost during transit or change of address once order is processed & posted.

•Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

•All refunds for online purchases are processed through the online store to the bank account of the purchases.

•Purchases can only be exchanged if returned by post. The 14 day window applies from when product is received by customer until posted for return. This must also include tracking on return parcel.

•Product must be in new, unworn and/or unopened condition to be applicable for exchange or refund.
