US ORDERS: Standard or Express Shipping

Most orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days (we do not fulfill orders on weekends or holidays) however, there may be occasions where fulfillment and shipping times are delayed for various reasons. Your order will be shipped via USPS OR UPS which usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Most orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days (we do not fulfill orders on weekends or holidays) however, there may be occasions where fulfillment and shipping times are delayed for various reasons. Your order will be shipped via UPS which usually takes 15-40 business days, depending on your location.

Tullia Sage does not collect duties, taxes, customs, or brokerage fees at the time of purchase. Therefore, international orders ship with these potential additional fees unpaid. We cannot determine what these charges will be at the time of shipment. We recommend contacting your local customs office if you have questions.

Customers may be charged duties, taxes, customs, and/or brokerage fees on their international orders at the time of delivery in the local currency. Customers will be responsible for all duties, taxes, customs, and/or brokerage fees.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return. After 14 days, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

In the original packaging with all tags attached

Return Process & Timeline

Once your return request is approved, we will issue a prepaid return label.

You must ship your return within 7–10 days of receiving the label.

Returns shipped after this timeframe may be refused or ineligible for store credit.

We recommend dropping your package off as soon as possible to avoid delays.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email confirmation.

If approved, a store credit will be issued via email.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.

Final Sale Items

Sale, discounted, and seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you want.

We’ll provide a free return label for the original item, and once it is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued.

Gifts

Gift recipients may exchange items for store credit within 6 months of the original purchase date.

Proof of purchase or a gift receipt is required, and all items must meet the same return guidelines.
