Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged or defective items qualify for a full refund, customer must take photos of damage as soon as noticed and send to support@moonlightdecor.com. Customers have 2 days to examine for damages in order to be able to return.
Return Policy
You can return most items for a refund within 30 days of delivery. The manufacturer’s restocking fee of 25% and Return shipping costs will apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging for the return to be accepted.
