Duties & Taxes

All international orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties and taxes are calculated, included, and itemized at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery, and you will not be double-charged. In some regions, the carrier may still require confirmation or additional instructions before final delivery, so please monitor your tracking updates closely.

Delivery & Responsibility

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package generally transfers to the recipient. We know things don't always go as planned — if your tracking shows delivered but the package hasn't arrived, please reach out and we'll work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

To ensure a smooth and secure delivery, most carriers offer free delivery-management tools, including:

•Real-time delivery alerts

•Delivery planners and scheduling

•Shipment release authorization

•Rerouting options

•Detailed driver instructions

•Neighbor delivery options

We strongly encourage using these tools, especially if your delivery location is unattended. Carriers may deny claims for lost or stolen packages when secure delivery options are not utilized.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there — or if it goes missing in transit — let us know as soon as possible. We'll work with you to help locate the package and file a claim with the carrier on your behalf to pursue compensation for the loss. Carrier claim outcomes aren't guaranteed, but we'll advocate on your behalf for a fair resolution.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your order is processed, we cannot guarantee address changes. Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information may result in additional fees, delays, or order cancellation.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because we process orders quickly for fast fulfillment, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification requests after an order is placed. If you need assistance, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help before the order ships.

Apparel Orders

Many of our apparel items are made to order and ship directly from the manufacturer. This helps reduce unnecessary production and lets us offer a wider range of styles.

•Ships separately from boards and hardware

•Apparel items do not count toward the $65 free shipping threshold and are not eligible for free shipping

•You will receive separate tracking information for apparel shipments

Production and fulfillment timelines vary by item, but most apparel ships within a standard on-demand production window.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We value your satisfaction and aim to ensure a smooth return process. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product. Please review the conditions and exclusions below.

Notification Requirement

You must notify our team of your intention to return the product within 30 days of its delivery to your shipping address. Contact us to initiate the return:

Return Shipping Timeframe

After notifying us, you must return the product within 30 days.

Shipping Costs

•For standard returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. If a return package is lost or stolen in transit, it is the customer's responsibility — Loaded Boards cannot issue a refund for packages we do not receive.

•For international orders, outbound export shipping costs, as well as any destination country duties and taxes, are non-refundable. You may be able to reclaim duties and taxes from your local customs authority.

International customers: Please mark the return shipment as "Returned Goods" on the customs documentation. This prevents Loaded Boards from being charged import duties on its own product and avoids delays in processing your refund.

•If a return shipment requires an address correction by the carrier, address correction fees ($25.50 for standard services or $130 for express freight) will be deducted from your refund.

Condition of Returned Products

The product must be returned in as-new condition, ideally in its original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, please pack the product carefully to prevent damage in transit.

Indoor Test Riding is OK

We understand you need to feel the flex and confirm the sizing. You're welcome to stand on the board and test it indoors on carpet. This will not affect your return eligibility.

Outdoor Riding Voids the Return

If the board has been ridden outdoors — including (but not limited to) dirty or scuffed wheels, grip tape wear, deck scratches, or any other signs of outdoor use — the product is not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee

Items showing light use (beyond indoor testing) but still in resellable condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund if the product meets the return criteria. Once approved, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds to your account.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away. We'll cover return shipping and either replace the product or issue a full refund.

Apparel

Apparel items are made to order through our print-on-demand partner and are not eligible for return. Please review sizing carefully before ordering. Exceptions are made only for items that arrive damaged or defective (see above).

Final-Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Order Cancellations After Shipping

As noted in our Shipping Policy, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is placed. If your order has already shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return — please refuse delivery or follow the standard return process above, and the standard return conditions and shipping costs will apply.

Gift Returns

If you received a Loaded Boards product as a gift and would like to return it, you're welcome to do so under the standard return conditions. Gift returns are refunded as store credit issued to the recipient.

Exchanges

Exchanges are treated like a return. A refund is issued, and the customer must place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Compliant Returns

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded. You may request the product to be returned to you at your expense.
