Refund policy 60 day no hassle return policy If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason you can return the product within 60 days and we will refund your purchase price on that item, excluding shipping charges. Perishable and food items, such as grain, hops, and yeast, are not eligible to be returned. Please fill out our form and we will email you back with your return information. Items must be returned to us within 60 days of authorization. If the item is not returned the authorization will be closed, and you may not receive the refund. 1 year warranty unless noted in the product ​We offer a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects on almost all products. If a product has a different warranty it is noted in the product.  If you have a defective product, we apologize for the inconvenience.
