TL;DR

The price includes postage, packaging, and shipment insurance. Depending on the country of delivery, additional fees which are not included in the price (such as customs duties and taxes) may be charged. These additional fees will be paid by the consignee.

Shipping

We ship using reputable shipping companies such as FedEx, UPS, DHL. We will send you a tracking number as soon as it is available. The shipment is insured for the value of the shipment or more. No carrier allows shipping of bulk batteries. Batteries must be built-in or travel with the model to be shipped.

Provider shall not be liable for instances where delivery of a product or service is not made due to false, inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the user or where the sale cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the provider.

Shipping outside EU

Orders with a destination outside the European Union are subject to the payment of the applicable customs duties set by each country. These additional fees will be paid by the consignee.

Production time

Production time (indicated on the product or enquire via the contact form) and customs clearance time (in countries where required) are not included and must be added to the delivery time. Orders with are shipped the next day. Some products may be available for purchase but may not be in stock. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Provider must take the precautions required of a diligent trader to the satisfaction of the customer, no liability can be attributed to the Provider for this reason.

TL;DR

Cancellation of the order can only be if the transport has not been ordered or the goods have not been handed over to the carrier. Returns can be made to the address below within 14 days only if the goods are in perfect condition, original packaging and it is not a custom product. The cost of the return is paid by the buyer.

Order cancellation

The customer may request cancellation of his order if the order has not yet left our premises and is not a product with specific specifications. Each request is considered individually. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order without giving a reason.

Returns

If shipping has been ordered or the goods have been handed over to a carrier, the customer must wait until they have received the order to make a return.

The customer can make a return if:

•The return will be made within 14 days

•The shipment has not been handled

•The goods are in perfect condition and in their original packaging

•The goods have not been used

•It is not a custom-made product

•The buyer sends a message to the seller about the return of the goods and the seller confirms it.

•The buyer pays the shipping costs.

Upon return of the goods and verification that all return requirements have been met, the customer will be refunded the amount paid for the goods (i.e. the order price less the cost of shipping).
