Shipping PAYMENTS MODU ApS accepts credit card payments (VISA, VISA-Dankort, Mastercard, American Express), MobilePay, and accelerated checkouts (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay), with additional payment options potentially available and displayed at checkout if applicable. All price currencies are shown based on your geolocation (EUR, GBP, SEK, DKK). Custom duties and local VAT may apply on orders outside EU and are not included in the price. The payment amount for your order will be reserved on your bank account until your order has been shipped. Payment will be deducted from your account after your order has been shipped. In the case of pre-orders, however, payment may be deducted immediately after purchase. SSL allows our server to automatically establish a secure connection with your webbrowser. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is scrambled, transmitted across the Internet, and then decoded when it gets to us. SHIPPING We ship worldwide. Products purchased and delivered inside the EU are covered with Danish VAT and are subject to no further costs. Refund policy WARRENTY & CLAIMS MODU ApS offers a limited warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This includes a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and/or manufacturing. If your product appears faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact us at hej@modu.dk. We’ll assess the issue and help find a solution. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or other external factors beyond our control. If your complaint is justified, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction, depending on the specific situation. Please notify us within two months of discovering a defect. If your claim is approved, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
