How Shipping Works

Products on The Musicians Club are shipped directly from our verified vendor partners. Each vendor manages their own inventory and shipping. This means your order may ship from different locations depending on the vendor.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or for custom/made-to-order items (such as custom brass instruments), processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Domestic (United States): Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–10 business days. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on the vendor.

International: International shipping is available for most products. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Sheet Music: Physical sheet music ships via standard mail. Digital editions, where available, are delivered electronically.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the vendor, destination, and shipping method. Some vendors offer free shipping on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Multiple Vendors

If your order contains items from multiple vendors, you may receive separate shipments with individual tracking numbers.

Return Eligibility

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

•Item is in its original, unused condition

•All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

•Item has not been modified, altered, or damaged by the buyer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sheet music — all sales are final once the seal is broken or the item has been accessed

Custom or made-to-order instruments — items built to your specifications cannot be returned

Mouthpieces, reeds, and personal hygiene items — for health and safety reasons

Items marked “Final Sale” — clearly indicated on the product page

How to Request a Return

Contact us at info@themusiciansclub.net within 30 days of receiving your order

•Include your order number and the reason for the return

•Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days

•Ship the item back following the instructions provided

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for pickup at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected by the vendor:

•Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method

•Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

•Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@themusiciansclub.net with photos of the issue. We will work with the vendor to arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
