Shipping Costs:

By and large, shipping costs (if any) will be automatically determined by our system on a per-order basis. Shipping costs may vary based on factors such as the size and weight of the items, destination, and shipping method selected.

Free or Reduced Shipping:

There may be select products, orders, and/or promotional periods during which My House Lighting will offer free or reduced shipping costs within the 48 contiguous United States. If free shipping is awarded, your order will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, at MHL's sole discretion. Please note that free shipping cannot be expedited.

Exclusions:

Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are excluded from free shipping promotions. Customers placing orders to these locations will be responsible for the full shipping costs associated with their order.

Shipping Methods:

We primarily use UPS or FedEx Ground for shipping within the contiguous United States. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost, which will be displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery Times:

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected, the destination address, and other factors beyond our control. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

International Shipping:

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.

Order Processing Time:

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your order is shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Address:

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase. My House Lighting is not responsible for any delays or delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance . We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.

Standard Return Policy:

•Qualified products can be returned within (30) calendar days of purchase.

•The product must be active, in its original packaging, unworn, and unused to be eligible for return.

•Returns may be subject to a maximum restocking fee of 30%.

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exceptions:

All sales are final if a discount of any sort is extended and/or custom or made-to-order products are purchased. These items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team within 30 calendar days of your purchase to initiate the return process. You can reach us at support@myhouselighting.com .

•Provide your order number, details about the item you wish to return, and at least one photo of the product(s) you wish to return.

•Our customer service team will acknowledge your message and, if approved for return, will provide you with return shipping instructions.

•Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that were included with the product.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

•Send us the tracking number.

Refund Policy:

•Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

•Returns for store credit are available for My House Lighting Account holders only. Store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting returned merchandise.
