If an item you have purchased is made to order or is on backorder with the manufacturer, you will receive an email with an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping dates are subject to change.

LightStoreUSA is not responsible for any costs associated with shipment delays. It is highly suggested that any professional services required to install your product(s) not be scheduled until your order has arrived and been inspected.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase you may return a product within 14 days of receipt. Items shipped or received outside of the return window may not be accepted by our warehouse. All products must be returned in the original packaging in new unused/uninstalled condition. Items returned used or damaged are not eligible for refund. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You may use the carrier of your choice but we suggest using delivery confirmation to ensure proper delivery.

Refused Shipments / Return to Sender:If a shipment is refused by the customer or returned to us due to non-delivery, the following will apply:

All shipping charges will be deducted from the refund, including:

•Original outbound shipping

•Return shipping charged by the carrier

•Any additional fees incurred (address correction, intercepts, etc.) will also be deducted

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
