Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we confirm stock availability. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via email. If your item is available for shipment (within 3 to 10 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 3 to 10 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order, once your order is dispatched, to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 10 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@motionrange.co.uk .
Delivery: Free UK delivery on all orders over £500. Delivery times vary by product and are shown on each product page.

Returns from Motion Range
We are not obliged to give you a refund until we receive the products back from you or we receive evidence from you that you have sent them back to us. We strongly recommend you send the products using a secure or trackable method - i.e. Recorded/Special Delivery - and that you retain your proof of postage.
We may elect to repair or replace any faulty product that we are responsible for.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds to expired bank cards - in this instance, we will issue the amount paid to you as online credit.
Faulty items will be refunded in full, including delivery charges where you have paid for the service.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable, but not limited to):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.
