We offer DHL services for international shipping. Please note, we cannot offer exchanges on international orders but we do accept returns.

✧ All of our jewelry is handmade and fulfilled out of our Eau Claire studio. Due to its handmade nature, please allow 3-5 business days for orders to ship.

Returns + Exchanges

We hope you love the pieces you receive as much as we love creating them.For domestic orders, you are able to exchange or return within 30 days of delivery for any reason. For international orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and the customer is responsible for return shipping.Once we receive any exchanges or returns back please allow 7-10 business days for processing. A few things to note:

•Original shipping is non-refundable.

•For Exchanges: We always offer free shipping on exchanges.

•For Returns: The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refunded amount (note: our software charges the actual shipping cost, but this cost will NOT exceed $5).
