Returns for Store Credit Only: We do not offer refunds but will gladly provide store credit for returns made within 15 days of the purchase date. During holidays, this purchase timeframe is extended to 30 days.

Return Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition. Original packaging and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) are required for all returns.

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we can not process returns after this period.

How to Return: Please visit our store in person or contact us for instructions on returning your item via mail. Upon approval of your return, store credit will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned item.

Exclusions: Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items are not eligible for exchange. Sale or clearance items are also excluded from the exchange policy. If any modifications, such as sizing, shortening, or lengthening, have been made, the item is ineligible for exchange or return. 1. Melee Side Stones Warranty: We offer a 1-year warranty on the melee side stones (small accent diamonds or gemstones) of your jewelry purchase. If any melee side stones are lost or damaged within the first year, we will replace them at no charge to you. The warranty covers only the side stones and not the center stone, which is not included in our warranty.

2. Center Stone: The Finery House does not warranty the center stone of your piece. We strongly recommend securing personal insurance for your center stone, particularly for engagement rings. A reputable insurance provider such as Jewelers Mutual can provide comprehensive coverage to protect your investment against loss, theft, or damage.

3. Complimentary Prong and Diamond Check: We offer an unlimited complimentary prong and diamond check for the lifetime of your piece. Our expert jewelers will inspect your ring for loose stones, worn prongs, and any other potential issues to ensure your jewelry remains in excellent condition. We highly encourage you to take advantage of this service regularly to protect the longevity of your jewelry.

4. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, loss, or natural wear and tear.

5. How to Make a Claim: If you believe your melee side stones qualify for replacement or need a prong check, please get in touch with our customer service team or visit us at our store. We are happy to assist you.
