Lazy Susan is pleased to offer the vast majority of its UK customers free delivery, Monday-Friday. At checkout, you can state any special requirements or important information to be communicated to the carrier in the 'comments' box.

For all UK orders, our warehouse and shipping partners are based in the Midlands, and all dispatches within the UK are managed from this location. In most cases, your items will arrive together. Please note that many of our chairs are packaged with parts for two chairs in a single box.

All of our couriers provide a tracking service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking or consignment number via text or email, depending on the contact details you provided.

To ensure smooth communication regarding your delivery, please double-check that your contact information is accurate.

Exclusions:

Free delivery is subject to exception for 'out of area' postcodes including Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scotland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Faulty Goods

If you receive a faulty item, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee or a replacement.

Reporting Faults: Contact our customer service team on 01243 71 71 97 within 14 days of receipt to report the fault. We may request photographic evidence to confirm the issue and expedite the resolution process.

Return Process: Once the fault is confirmed, we will work with you to determine the best course of action, which may include a return, exchange, or other suitable resolution. If a return is necessary, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, including the original packaging or a suitable equivalent. If the product is not appropriately packed for return and the collection cannot proceed, you may be liable for any additional costs incurred for rearranging the collection.

Refunds and Replacements: Upon successful return, we will promptly process either a replacement or a full refund equal to the value of the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the return being processed. We also offer store credit as an alternative to refunds, which can be a more sustainable option.

Non-Faulty Goods

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of the purchase date.

Initiating a Return: Contact us on 01243 71 71 97 within 14 days of your purchase to initiate the return process. We are here to assist you with any queries you may have.

Return Costs: You may return the goods at your own expense or request us to arrange a collection. The cost of collection, which will be communicated to you beforehand, will be deducted from your refund.

Condition of Returned Goods: The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as delivered, including original packaging or a suitable equivalent. If the goods are not suitably packed and collection fails, you may be liable for any additional costs incurred for rearranging the collection.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, subject to inspection for any damage. To support sustainability, we encourage customers to consider exchanges or store credit. If the returned item(s) are damaged, missing parts, or not in a resalable condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly, or in some cases, deny the refund altogether.

Order Cancellation Due to Delivery Complexity

In rare instances where an order is deemed too complex to deliver for logistical reasons, Lazy Susan reserves the right to cancel the order. Should this occur, you will be notified as soon as possible, and any payments made will be fully refunded. We strive to minimize such occurrences and offer alternatives where feasible.

Damaged Deliveries

We take great care to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you suspect your order has been damaged during delivery, please follow these steps:

Acceptance and Inspection: Accept the delivery and inspect the boxes for damage. Clearly sign the delivery note, specifying the items that appear damaged (e.g., "Damage to Table Box" or "Damage to Chair Box"). If possible, take photos of the damaged packaging and items before accepting the delivery.

Minor Damage: If your furniture sustains minor damage, such as scratches, we offer complimentary touch-up paint to restore both the appearance and the integrity of the product. This solution not only revives the look of your furniture but also helps maintain its durability and longevity, reflecting our commitment to sustainability by reducing waste and extending the product's lifespan.
