We ship items to all over the world* safely and quickly using " DHL " or " FedEx " at reasonable price. Shipping cost is changed according to the shipping address and the volume weight of the package. The shipping cost is not included in the product price. It is displayed on the cart after customer enters shipping information at check-out.

The shipping fee may be displayed as "FREE" due to system reasons if the shipping fee is high.In that case, please contact us and we will inform you of the correct shipping fee.

Shipping Option: Both DHL and FedEx are available now.

Average Shipping Time: 3-4 business days by DHL and FedEx.

Tracking: Customer can check and track the order status on the order status page and Facebook messenger.

•Minimum Shipping: To US and Canada: from 2000JPY (about 19USD) / To UK, Germany, and France: from 2400JPY (about 19EUR)

•Domestic Delivery: Sagawa Express is available to deliver to Japanese address.

Remote Area: Sometimes, additional shipping fee may be required if the shipping address is their remote location. In this case, please be assured that we will ask the customer if it is acceptable or not before processing the order.

•Manual Calculation: If it displays "Ask us (shop_en@taiko-center.co.jp) before you order" on the shipping option at check-out, please contact us before you order so that we calculate the shipping cost and send an invoice to customer manually.

Order Processing Time

Order processing time is the estimated days which would take before shipping the order. For some items, we need to make from scratch or order the maker. It is noted on the each product page. We are sorry but please give us time to prepare the order.

Custom Duty & Tax

Cancellations & Returns

Cancellations

- Please kindly note that you can't cancel after you have placed your order due to customer's circumstances.- If you have any questions about stock status or delivery dates, please contact us via email or inquiry form before placing your order.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We have a policy of no return and exchange, except for the case of the defective items. Before sending the items back, please email us at shop_en[at]taiko-center.co.jp with the pictures of the items for us to confirm their condition. If it's applicable to the our return policy, we have delivery company like DHL collected the package to your address. So, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your photos of the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved and we receive the return items, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop_en[at]taiko-center.co.jp.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop_en[at]taiko-center.co.jp and send your item to: 113-4 Takatsujiomiya-cho, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture 600-8387 Japan (Phone: +81 75-813-8615).

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 113-4 Takatsujiomiya-cho, Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture 600-8387 Japan.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please use a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
