Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for orders of 125 €/£ or more, otherwise the cost for standard shipping will be indicated during checkout depending on your location. Prices include VAT and import duties.

Delivery Time

Your order will usually ship within 1 business day. Delivery time varies, but your order will generally arrive in 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Where We Ship

We ship to the United Kingdom, all countries in the EU, and some European countries not in the EU. Shipping to the rest of the world is from our USA website at emf-harmony.com .

PLEASE NOTE: Shipments to the UK will be delivered by FedEx and will require a signature. If they attempt delivery and no one is home you will need to contact them for pickup or redelivery.

Package Insurance Policy

We add a small surcharge to your order that provides complete insurance protection in the event your shipment is lost, damaged, or stolen. If your package arrives damaged or never arrives, please contact us and we will reship the affected items immediately. You may remove the Package Insurance Policy from your order in the shopping cart, but then if your order is damaged or lost you would need to follow up with the shipping carrier. This insurance is only valid for one free reshipment per customer.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. We will refund the cost of the product including VAT, but not including shipping charges or any import fees or duties.To start a return, you can contact us here or via email at service@emf-harmony.eu . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: EMF Harmony, c/o Nice Shops, Saaz 99, 8341 Paldau, Austria. Please be sure to include your order number on or in the package when returning it.

Arranging for and paying for the return shipping is your responsibility.

Please notify us before sending an item back so that we are aware that it is being returned. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return maybe be delayed or not identified. You can always contact us for any return question.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty All items are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year. Please contact us for information on obtaining a replacement of an item you believe is eligible for a warranty replacement.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one that you need. There is no process in place for an exchange.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us .
