Because most of our goodies are intimate or skin-contact items, we can’t take back anything that’s been opened or used. It’s all about hygiene, safety, and keeping things classy for everyone.

You got the wrong item (oops, our bad!)

Your order arrived damaged or defective

The product is still sealed in its original packaging (and it's within 14 days of delivery)
