USA Orders

30-Day Window Free Return Shipping for Store Credit

•For items returned within 30 days of receipt, you'll have a choice between receiving a refund or store credit.

Free return shipping when you choose store credit.

•Requesting a refund? A $10 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund.

•Items must be in re-sellable condition with all tags and original packaging.

20% restock fee applies if items are dirty, have animal hair, or have missing packaging/parts. If the product is unsellable (excessively used/dirty), a refund will not be issued.

Clearance/closeout items are not eligible for return.

United Kingdom Orders

•You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to complete a return.

•Customer pays for return postage.
