Shipping Time:

- Our goal is to have your order processed within 5 business days. Usually takes 2-4 business days for shipping depending the which carrier option you choose at checkout.

Shipping Prices:

- Free shipping is applied for orders over $50.00.

- Shipping prices vary depending weight ,items and location.

- Prices may also vary depending which carrier company you choose, such as USPS , UPS or DHL.

Delivered but not received:

- If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address for your order but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier (USPS, UPS , DHL) directly in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your shipping address.

Tracking:

- Once the order is processed and scanned you will receive an email with your tracking number.

- When the carrier receives your package and scans it the tracking info will be updated. (Please allow 24 hours)

Address Correction:

- If you need an address correction please contact us immediately before your item gets fulfilled.

Order was sent back to us:

- If wrong address is given at checkout and item is returned back to us, you will be charged for shipping again.

- Once the order is reshipped you will receive a new tracking number.

Returns Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Decals, windshields banner or any type of vinyl cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us before contacting us, this is automatically disqualify you from the return. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) - Any item not in its original condition, if damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - Any item that are returned more than 10 days after delivery

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will continue the return process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be added to the total. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
