Items will only be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
Because our pieces are made to order, we cannot offer refunds on any returns. All returns will be credited in the form of credit gift cards.
Non-personalized items can be returned for store credit or exchanged for any item in the same collection.
Personalized items are not eligible for return & exchange.
All items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your returns once they're returned to our facility.
Zayah is not responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and return tracking number when shipping your returns.
