1. RETURNS & EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

1.1 We accept returns on full-priced leotards within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.1.2 Sale items and discounted purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.1.3 Bespoke and custom-made leotards, including club orders, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.1.4 Returns due to sizing issues are accepted, but exchanges are subject to stock availability.

2. RETURN PROCESS

2.1 To initiate a return, email info@believeleotards.com with your order number and reason for return.2.2 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.2.3 Returns should be sent to:

Please include a note with your order number and specify whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

2.4 Once received, returns will be processed within 7 business days, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

3. FAULTY ITEMS

3.1 If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the fault.3.2 We will assess the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

4. CLUB ORDER QUALITY ISSUES

4.1 If a club order has a confirmed quality issue, we will remake the affected leotards at no additional cost.4.2 Refunds will not be provided for club orders, even in cases of quality concerns.

5. INCORRECT ORDERS

5.1 If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement.

6. SHIPPING COSTS

6.1 Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.6.2 We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
