This policy is applicable to domestic (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

A. SHIPPING COSTS

Flat rate $9.90 Per Order unless free shipping applies based on order size or special discount.

B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2-5 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

C. DELIVERY TERMS

We use UPS and USPS to deliver the product.

D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@elmdirt.com or come to our store.

E. CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Note: We aren't able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service Team, which you can email at support@elmdirt.com . We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly or rejected without notifying us first. If you want to return or exchange an order or product, please contact us with your Order Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with an exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email with a free return label. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Order Cancellation

•For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.

•We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please contact our customer service team for a return after receiving the package.

•Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)

Return/Exchange Process

•Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

•Customers are not required to pay any restocking fee.

•Customers must return their product directly to the store.

•Customers must return new products as per our terms. We do not accept returns on opened or used items.

•Customers do not have to pay for return shipping.

•For customer remorse, not cost.

•We will email you once we process your refund or exchange, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)

Note: All return/exchange items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging.
