Returns from CA Design
We have great faith and pride in our products and we want you to be happy with any item that you buy from us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 14 days of delivery and simply return it to us within 14 days of giving notification. Items must be in their original packaging with any tamper seals intact. Please include a completed customer returns form. Refunds will be made to the original card of purchase.Replacements for exchange of damaged goods will be dispatched upon receiving the original goods back into our warehouse. If the packaging is damaged, please state this on the driver's delivery note.CA Design does not give refunds or replacements for the following items:
