All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. **Please note that we do not include taxes, customs duties, tariffs, or any other import-related charges in our shipping cost. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay any applicable taxes and duties levied by the customs or regulatory authorities of the destination country

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For Preorder items: If the buyer decides to cancel preorder items, a 5% restocking fee will be charged. However, if we decided to cancel an order due to issues on our end, no fees will be charged. To start a return, you can contact us at diecastock@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at diecastock@gmail.com .

Important: Shipping fee for return will not be covered by Horizon Diecast. The customer is responsible for any shipping fee. Shipping fee for the original order will also not be refunded.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note: Unclaimed and "Return to Sender" shipments are not eligible for refunds.
