Delivery Conditions Please ensure that your delivery address is accessible for large furniture deliveries. Our couriers deliver to the door and are unable to carry items inside your property or up flights of stairs unless otherwise stated. Please ensure doorways and access routes are clear and wide enough to accommodate your items before placing your order.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no one being available to receive the order, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery. If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery.

Damaged or Missing Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or if anything is missing, please contact us within 48 hours at info@bridgewaylivinggroup.com with photographic evidence so we can resolve the matter promptly.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unassembled and unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at info@bridgewaylivinggroup.com . Please do not send items back without contacting us first as they will not be accepted. Once your return is approved we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective or incorrect. We will work to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items We are unable to accept returns on made to order or personalised items, or any items purchased in a sale.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item, please return your original order and place a new order separately.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. European Union If your order is being shipped into the European Union you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be in its original condition, unassembled and unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
