Shipping Time

We usually ship in-stock products within 1-3 business days. (This time does not include the time for the product to travel from us to you.)

Items from the same order may ship separately, and shipment notifications and tracking may only refer to part of an order. We will notify you by email of significantly late shipment of orders with only items not noted as backorder, out of stock, preorder, or print on demand.

Print on Demand

Some products are printed on demand by our manufacturers and ship directly from them, usually within one business day of being produced and prepared. Production times vary. These items will ship separately from other items, and it is important to note the different return shipping address on such packages.

Preorders

Some products in our shop are marked as preorders, with a note in the product details. When you order a preorder product, you will be charged for the order immediately, and all items in the order will be shipped once all items are available. We endeavor to deliver in the noted timeframe, but it should be taken as an estimate rather than the guarantee or promise of a particular delivery date.

Returns & Refunds

If we send you the wrong item, or your item arrives damaged, we will happily swap for the right one or issue a refund at no additional cost yo you, as long as you request within 30 days of when we shipped your order. We’ll send you a paid return shipping label, and once we receive the incorrect item back, we can send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within one week.We also accept the return of wholly unopened packages within 30 days of your order shipping. In those cases, return shipping will be your responsibility, and we will issue a refund back to your original payment method within one week after you have requested one and we have received the item back. In these cases we reserve the right to charge a $5 restocking fee to cover some of our expenses.To be eligible for replacement or refund, games in retail packaging must be returned unopened, in their original shrink wrap. Any other items, including (Game Night Ready)™ games must be returned in new condition.
