Some items may be drop-shipped directly from the supplier's warehouse in order to shorten delivery time. Our target is dispatch most orders within 1 business day. For some orders like guitars might take up to 2 days for setup&packing and for some not in store available items and special orders will take longer to dispatch. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within 2 business days, we will confirm the new timeframe with you.For Australian Metro areas, orders usually take 2-5 business days to arrive from dispatch. For remote areas this might take up to 10 business days depending on the area. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed for shipping. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
