Aside from being a good ol' fashioned brick & mortar real life store, Found Sound also offer click & collect, and express shipping worldwide.

In store pickup is available at 110 Albert Street, Brunswick East, Victoria 3057 during business hours. An email will be sent to advise when your purchase is ready for pickup.

We generally get most packages booked in on the day of purchase during the week, if not the following day.

Domestic parcels are shipped via Australia Post, TOLL, TNT or Startrack. Most international parcels are sent via FedEx unless your location is in a difficult or expensive location for us to ship to, in which case it will be sent via Australia Post.

We offer free postage within Australia on non-bulky new items above $200, with a volumetric shipping weight below 6kg, provided you aren't in a remote area, or a huge distance from Melbourne. Free shipping does not always include areas in far north QLD, NT, WA or TAS or any non-metropolitan or remote areas within Australia. If there is an item without a postage cost specified, please contact us with your address & we will respond with a quote.

Item fault

If the product you have purchased from Found Sound is new and has a manufacturing fault, we will facilitate the repair or replacement under the warranty provided by the distributor of that product. If the item is DOA (dead on arrival) or develops a fault that is covered by the warranty within 14 days of the delivery date we will replace the item immediately with a new one if stock levels allow.

Please note second hand items are sold as described, and you must examine your purchase when received. If it arrives in a condition you did not expect, please get in touch as soon as possible.Please be sure to read the manual and setup instructions to make sure you understand how to properly and safely operate your new piece of equipment. Commonly we find that the product is not faulty, but rather it is being used incorrectly, so please be sure to check the basics before returning your gear.

Change of mind

Generally speaking, we do not offer change of mind returns, but can make an exception under special circumstances. Please note we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.

If the item shows signs of use, or damaged in any way, we reserve the right to charge a fee.

Processing a return

Please respond to the email we sent your invoice to, and include the invoice number, product and serial number, and a detailed description of the fault, or a video of the issue if it is difficult to describe.

Once we receive your information, we will be in touch with the next step. Do not send the item back until you have return approval.

Please Note: International shipping and import costs are not covered.

Found Sound does not accept liability for returned goods damaged in transit, so please make sure your returned goods are packed carefully. Always keep the original boxes for your equipment so you can safely move or send your unit for repair. If you do need to send the unit back without the original packaging, make sure it is packed in a well padded package secure & snug as damage can occur to poorly packaged returns.

If no fault is found, the buyer must cover return shipping cost. We reserve the right to charge an examination fee.
