We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Processing and Delivery Times

Processing Time: Orders require 1 to 3 business days for preparation.

Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery window is 7 to 15 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your product is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

For real-time tracking, please visit the relevant carrier’s website or tracking portal.

If you have questions about your shipment status, our support team is at your disposal.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Cancellations: Your order will be cancelled and fully refunded provided it is not already in the preparation process or has not yet been shipped. Please email us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Return Period

Our extended returns policy allows you to return items within 60 days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason. For this purpose, the delivery date shown on your order tracking will be taken into account.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

•The item must not have been worn or washed and must be in a condition suitable for resale.

•The original labels and packaging must be complete and intact.

•The delivery charges for the original order are non-refundable.

•The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns showing signs of use or damage may be partially or wholly refused.

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discount are excluded from refunds. However, these may be exchanged for another item from the same collection or converted into a store credit for the amount paid.

Return Costs

Relief Health does not cover the cost of return postage. These costs vary depending on the carrier chosen and the country from which the parcel is sent. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns.

Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 14 working days.

If you have requested an exchange, we will begin processing it immediately upon receipt of the parcel.

Once the verification is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

Note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to a further 14 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
