We offer standard ground shipping for all U.S. orders (rates may vary).

Free ground shipping will apply to any Continental US orders that exceed the $65 subtotal threshold!

Our orders ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Standard shipping orders ship from our warehouse within 72 business hours. Once dispatched, typical delivery time is between 1-8 days depending on carrier, location and other factors.

*Please note a signature requirement may apply to orders over $250.

$19.95 Expedited 2-Day U.S. Shipping

We offer UPS 2-Day Shipping for $19.95 for US Domestic orders. Orders must be placed by 11am EST to ship out same day.

*Please note 2-day time frame refers to business days and does not include weekends or holidays.

*We cannot ship expedited orders to PO boxes, APO addresses or US Non-Continental addresses.

Shipping/Delivery Questions or Problems

You will be emailed tracking information for your reference.

Please know we have no control over unforeseen carrier delays once a package leaves our facility. Please contact the shipping carrier with any questions.

Please notify our customer service team at cs@rbxactive.com of any issues with your shipment within 7 days of delivery. We cannot make any claims for an issue after this time frame.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, if you are not satisfied and would like to return a non-clearance item, please follow the policy guidelines.

In order to receive a refund on your purchase, your return must meet the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Merchandise must be returned unused and unwashed, all items are subject to inspection

All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment from RBXActive.com must accompany the return- (we do not accept returns from 3rd party retailers) Outgoing shipping charges are not refunded.

Please note: Any item marked as "clearance" is final sale and not returnable. Undergarments are non-returnable.
