We will do our absolute best to fulfill your order promptly; if you have an urgent need for the shirt, reach out at support@tombolocompany.com and we will do our best to expedite. Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping method. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, including your choice of shipping method (e.g., Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express). Please make sure all shipping and billing information is correct to avoid unnecessary delays or packages routed to the wrong location. Tombolo is not responsible for packages marked successfully delivered (e.g., misplaced in mailroom after receipt or a typo in the shipping address), but please do reach out with any issue and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

International (non-US) customers are responsible for payment of any associated fees, customs, duties, and taxes. Unfortunately, taxes associated with shipment from, for example, the US to the UK can be quite substantial, so we urge you to take this into consideration before placing an international order.

All prices are listed in USD. We recommend international customers check the current exchange rate to get the best idea of what they will be charged.

"Free U.S. Shipping" Offer: This offer only pertains to domestic U.S. shipments and is activated when the customer opts for the 'Free Shipping' method available at checkout. We reserve the right to choose the shipping method that corresponds with the 'Free Shipping' label and it may not be ground shipping if we choose to ship through an alternative method. We reserve the right to rescind this offer at any time, without notice.

USA Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, and it remains in unworn condition and has not been washed or altered, it can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund. All items must be returned in the original condition and we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Sale items, gift cards, and customized items (e.g., monogrammed) are final sale and non-refundable.

Domestic returns will incur a $6 fee per item returned, deducted from your refund. This covers your pre-paid shipping label and processing. We partner with Happy Returns; you can utilize one of their return bars, available at every FedEx and elsewhere as an alternative means of returning your package. E xchanges for same-priced items (when possible and available) and returns for store credit are free and do not incur the $6 per item fee. Email support@tombolocompany.com with any questions.

If your order arrived damaged or was incorrect, please reach out to support@tombolocompany.com so we can provide special attention and fix the situation for you. Or reach out with any other concerns that require a personal touch. For exchanges that have different price points or other complicating factors, it may be best to reach out rather than use our automated portal.

Our packaging is resealable to make returns easier and minimize waste.

International Returns

For international returns, they are not always possible and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs; please reach out to support@tombolocompany.com so we can facilitate this for you.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and it has been processed and your refund has been issued. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again; from when Tombolo processes your refund, it often takes 3-7 business days to reach your account and your credit card / bank is the best point of contact for determining this. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@tombolocompany.com.
