Items will be shipped via Chit Chats/Asendia with an estimated transit time of 5-22 Business Days. In most instances this service includes tracking and insurance, but unfortunately tracking is not available to all countries. Upgrades are very costly but are available through Canada Post. If you require your package by a specific day, please order with plenty of time to account for possible shipping delays.

Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel or make changes to your purchase, please send an email to treeforttoys@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number. Please note that we do not accept cancellations on personalized items that have already been created. For non personalized items, your order will be cancelled and a full refund given providing the items have not shipped yet.

Refund PolicyIf for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email treeforttoys@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase to discuss a review for a refund. The item must be unused, in the original condition, and original packaging to be eligible for a refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Upon return shipping of the item, a full refund of the original cost of the item minus shipping fees will be issued. Please not that personalized items, or items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts are not eligible for a refund, unless an error has been made on our part.DamagesIf an item arrives to you damaged, please take a photo of the condition in which it arrived, and email treeforttoys@gmail.com as soon as possible. A replacement item will be shipped promptly.
