All accessories must be returned or their value will be deducted from the credit invoice. Simply call to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, and return your product(s) to the Address shown below. If you purchased your Earasers product at one of our retailers, or online at a different e-tailer, then we will do our best to help you out, but we can not guarantee a refund from the actual store where you purchased your products. Due to Department of Health most retailers are not equipped to handle returns on body worn devices. As an FDA registered manufacturer of medical products, Persona Medical is able to handle your return and is happy to eliminate that purchasing "risk." Orders for in ear monitors that are placed online must be completely verified for production within 60 days of deposit. Delays caused by missing ear impressions or other information necessary for production may result in the loss of your deposit. If you need additional time, please contact us for an extension. Orders delayed beyond 60 days without written approval from Persona Medical may result in loss of your deposit.

Limited Warranty Return for Replacement Policy

In some rare cases, should your product show signs of a manufacturing defect, please contact us (407) 339-2422 within one year of original purchase, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization” (RMA) Number.

You will need to include the following with your merchandise return:

* The RMA # you received from us * The original receipt with “Date of Purchase” circled * Written explanation of the defect * Payment of $10 for shipping & handling (this may increase depending on your location). * Payment of $35 for International Shipping * We highly recommend you place shipping insurance on your package.

We will replace any manufacturing defect with new product.

Re-Sizing Policy

Should you feel you have purchased an incorrect size for your ear, simply contact us within 30 days of the Original Purchase date to obtain a 'Return Merchandise Authorization' (RMA) Number. You will need to include the following with your merchandise return:* The RMA # you received from us.

* The original receipt with 'Date of Purchase” circled * Your requested exchange size. * Payment of $10 for shipping & handling (this may increase depending on your location) * Payment of $35 for International shipping.

Note: The product exchange for size is complimentary, if requested within the 30 days of proof of purchase and meets the criteria mentioned above.
