At SEYUNE, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help and make the return process as simple as possible. This policy applies to orders shipped within Canada and the United States.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns by mail for new, unopened, unused, and sealed products in their original packaging. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products — non-defective items must be new, unopened, unused, and sealed to qualify.

•Returns must be requested within 14 days of the shipment date

•Products must be in new, resalable condition

•Opened, used, unsealed, or non-resalable items are not eligible for return

•Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return

•Returns are accepted by mail only

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping. A flat return shipping fee applies: $9.95 CAD for Canada orders or $8.99 USD for U.S. orders.

•This fee is deducted from your refund after we receive and inspect your return

•SEYUNE does not charge a restocking fee

•Original shipping charges are non-refundable once tracking information has been generated

Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 14 days. The flat return shipping fee is deducted from your refund, and there is no restocking fee. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

Defective, Damaged, or Allergic Reactions

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or you experience an allergic reaction, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@seyune.com. These cases are reviewed individually. Please keep all original packaging and be prepared to provide clear photos.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email customerservice@seyune.com within 14 days of your shipment date. Returns are accepted by mail only. All returned items are inspected upon arrival; returns with broken or tampered seals will be declined, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping.

Fraud Policy

SEYUNE has a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent activity. If fraud is suspected, we reserve the right to take action, which may include blocking future purchases linked to the email address, restricting shipments to the associated address, holding orders until valid documentation is provided, and reporting suspected fraud to the customer's financial institution.
