All orders made before 2pm Monday to Friday, are normally packaged that day and delivered the next day within Ireland. From time to time it may take a little longer if issues arise that are out of our control. In these cases, we normally make contact with customers to update them on the delay.

We use An Post to ship all our orders throughout Ireland (32 Counties)

Shipping is €5 but FREE if you spend €99 in Ireland only! Once your order is packaged and complete you will receive an email confirming your tracking number.

Lone Wolf Return Policy

At Lone Wolf, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not happy with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing returns@lonewolf.ie.

Conditions for Returns

•Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

•Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds & Store Credit

•Refunds will only be issued for items that are faulty or not as advertised.

•In all other cases, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item, once the return has been received and inspected.
