You will receive an email with shipping confirmation where you can track your order by clicking on the link in the email or by logging into your account after your order has been posted.

All orders are inspected before dispatch and packed safely.

August & Alvina will no longer be responsible for goods shipped after they have been sent. If you experience delays or an item is damaged upon arrival please check with your post office and/or track your order.

Please do note we do not take responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses so be sure to provide the correct shipping address at the checkout.

If you purchase an item over the weekend or a public holiday, your parcel will be shipped within the next 1-3 business days.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING OVER $150 WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders within Australia are sent with a tracking number.

Orders under $150, the Standard Parcel Post fee - is a flat rate of $10.50

Express Post - flat rate of $15

International Shipping

(All prices are in Australian Dollars $AUD and exclude customs fees)

We offer international shipping to New Zealand, Canada and the USA at this time.

All international orders are sent via Australia Post.

New Zealand

Flat rate $20 on orders weighing under 1kg.

Flat rate $30.50 on orders weighing over 1 kg.

New Zealand - expect between 4-6 business days (excl. public holidays and weekends)

Flat rate $30 on orders weighing under 1kg

UK & Ireland

Flat rate $35 on orders weighing under 1kg

Flat rate $55 on orders weighing over 1kg.

We are currently unable to ship packages weighing over 2kg.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your orders to be shipped out.

*Please note that our international shipping pricing does not include any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed once an item arrives into a country outside of Australia and this is the responsibility of the customer. Time Frame

After payment is received we will post items within 1-3 business days.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your item to arrive within Vic and allow up to 10 business days for other states.

Please note these time frames are approximate and based on business days from the day of dispatch and type of postage chosen.

Returns Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

An exchange, credit note or refund, for full priced items will be provided only where: Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

•Merchandise is in a saleable condition along with original packaging and all tags attached

•Merchandise is not worn, damaged, altered or washed

•Merchandise is different to the item ordered

•Merchandise must be received back within 14 days from receiving the item. We suggest using express shipping services.

•Any credit notes issued will be valid for 12 months.

Returns will be approved at August & Alvina’s discretion.

To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you wish to make an exchange the extra shipping charges will be at your own cost.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
