Shipping Free shipping is available for orders of $99 or more within the United States. Free shipping is not expedited and will be sent via USPS or FedEx. Refund policy If you have purchased a product from our website and are not completely satisfied, simply return the unused, unwashed product in the original condition and packaging (if applicable) for a full refund (less shipping). Thirsties reserves the right to refuse refunds on any products that were not purchased directly from thirstiesbaby.com, have been used or washed, are soiled, or have odors that would make the product unsellable. Refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 2 to 4 days of receiving the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the original order qualified for free shipping the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. Please note it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
