When we were tasked with creating our shipping policy, we thought a lot about what’s most important – the speed of delivery, or the safety of your order? After some long talks, we decided that speed and quality handling don’t have to be mutually exclusive. So we partnered with the best shipping carriers in the U.S. to get your goods to you on-time and in one pristine piece. Enjoy.

Shipping Times

Because we work with many partners across the country and around the world, many of the items available on Airstream Supply Company ship directly from the warehouses of our partner brands. As a result, shipping times can vary. No worries, for specific shipping details, we recommend clicking on the Shipping FAQ section found on the product page. Simply scroll down to the bottom section on the item’s page you wish to purchase for more detailed shipping information.

Oversized Items

Please note that oversized items are excluded from free shipping. Shipping costs for these items are calculated based on courier rates and will vary depending on the item size, weight, and destination. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping Over $150

Standard Items Orders over $150 ( post discount cart total): Economy Shipping 5-8 Days- FREE Oversized Items Please note: Some items are noted as oversized and are require additional shipping fees calculated at checkout, these items count towards your cart total for free shipping but will receive an extra fee at checkout

Chemicals Please note: Chemicals are not included in our free economy shipping on orders over $150. Chemicals can only ship via ground and shipping fees will be calculated based on your ship to location. International Shipping International shipping is available to select destinations and subject to separate shipping fees. Any customs, duties, ad and/or broker fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders under $150 qualify for simple, flat rate shipping based on item location. Most items ship for just $10 per warehouse, with a maximum shipping charge of $20 total (excluding chemicals and oversized items). That means no surprises — just straightforward, affordable shipping.

Other Shipping Notes

For orders over $350, a signature may be required upon delivery.

We love all of the Goods we sell at Airstream Supply Company, and we hope you do, too. But if something just wasn’t what you were looking for this time around, no worries. We've made our returns process simple.

What Can I Return?

We're happy to process a return for a refund for any unused and unworn items still in their original packaging within 60 days of the shipment date. (Exceptions do apply, and will be indicated on product pages.)

Unfortunately, we cannot process requests for refunds or exchanges after this time period.

How Do I Make a Return?

Simply follow the prompts in your order confirmation email or you can access our Returns Portal . Follow the step-by-step instructions, and you'll receive a shipping label to send the item(s) back for exchange or a refund. Please contact our Customer Service team for any help processing your return.

How Will My Refund Be Applied?

We’ll apply your refund to your original form of payment. Your refund will be completed once we receive your item back to our warehouse. If the item being returned has been marked as a gift, however, we'll offer you a form of store credit to pick out another one of our awesome Goods.

Deductions

Please keep in mind that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, a final refund amount consists of the selling price of the item and any relevant sales tax, less the price of the return shipping. Initial shipping fees cannot be refunded.

For our Canadian customers:Please note that if you choose to refuse your shipment due to taxes and duties, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In some cases, customs may not return the package to us—if that happens, we won't be able to issue a refund and you will be responsible for the full cost of the order.

Oversized Items

Goods marked as “Oversized” on product pages may be subject to exceptional return policies. Please contact Airstream Supply Company Customer Service for further instructions so we can get you taken care of.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective in your order, please visit our returns portal and upload a photo of your damaged item. You can pick between refund for a full refund to your original payment method or exchange to replace your item with a brand new un-damaged item.

Received the Wrong Item

If you receive a different item than what you ordered, please visit our returns portal and upload a photo of your wrong item for us the verify. You can pick between refund for a full refund to your original payment method or exchange to replace your item with the correct item.

Ineligible Items

The following items are ineligible for return or exchange and should be considered final sale unless otherwise noted: mattresses, memory foam toppers, sheets, mattress pads, mattress encasements, curtains, clearance sale items, items within personal care or hygiene categories, hazardous liquids or gases, food, and gift cards. Any clearance sale apparel items we are happy to help you exchange for a different size (if available).
