Online Bike Purchases

Complete Bikes: All bikes are available for local pickup or shipping Canada wide with UPS. All online bike purchases may take up to week to process, we will contact you as soon as your bike is ready for pick up or shipping!

Please note: Order cancellations requested after the bike is ready for pickup or shipping will have a restocking fee applied. If accessories have been installed or the bike has been boxed, labour fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. Once bikes have left our store, the sale is final. If you are unsure about your bike purchase - we are here to help!

All Other Online Purchases

All online purchases are eligible for the following:

Free Local Pick-Up: You will receive notification as soon as your order is ready. We attempt to process these orders in less than an hour during opening hours. Orders placed during closed hours will be processed for opening the following day.

Local Delivery: We work with the amazing folks at Send It Courier to offer local same day delivery Tuesday-Friday on orders placed before 12pm and next day delivery on orders placed after 12pm. Please leave any mandatory information in the checkout notes such as buzz numbers or safe drop spots. ( EXCLUDING BIKES)

Free Shipping Canada wide on orders over $150: All orders over $150 will be shipped free of charge via Canada Post Expedited Parcel or UPS Standard excluding bikes and oversize items (see below). Upgraded shipping available at buyer's expense.

*Oversize Items: We offer flat rate shipping on oversize items. Medium oversize items include: forks, handlebars, wire bead tires, floor pumps, racks, baskets and wraparound fenders have a $15 flat rate . Large oversize items include trailers, car racks, children's seats, and other various large, heavy items have a starting $35.00 flat rate. Oversize items are not eligible for free shipping.Please note: Fuel canisters aren't available for shipping.

All orders from the USA have the following shipping options at the buyer's expense:

•Canada Post Tracked Packet USA ( 4 to 7 business days)

•Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA ( 4 to 7 business days)

•Canada Post Xpresspost USA (2 to 3 business days)

We currently offer international shipping on most items excluding bikes and oversize items. Shipping rates are available on checkout.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will happily accept your return within 14 days of delivery (regular price items only - bikes excluded, please see our list of final sale products below). If you have any questions or concerns about your order, don't hesitate to reach out via email or phone and we will be happy to help!

The returned items must be in excellent, new condition. This includes:

•all original labels and tags

•in original packaging including poly bags

•overall cleanliness

•any returns made that do not follow the above guidelines are subject to a restocking fee.

Returns are accepted both in store and by mail. Return shipping on online orders will be at the expense of the buyer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please ship to:
