SHIPPING:

Standard shipping on most orders: Orders placed before Noon Eastern time on weekdays will typically ship on the same day they ordered, with few exceptions that include items that ship from one of our brand partners, frozen items, some art, furniture, vehicles, and other specialty items. Orders placed after Noon Eastern time will ship on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sunday, and major holidays (US) will ship on the following business day.

Standard shipping orders typically arrive in 1 to 3 days inside the US. Uncrate uses shipping services that are fast and efficient, and avoids using slower mail-type services if at all possible. Most US domestic orders are shipped with the fastest available ground method from FedEx or UPS unless overnight service is selected. It is not uncommon for orders to arrive in 2 days, and 3 days to the West Coast.

Shipments from our brand partners. Select items available on Uncrate Supply now ship directly from one of our many brand partners. We only allow brand partners that offer shipping as reliable as our own shipping methods to utilize this program. The rates charged for these shipments are set by our brand partner that is shipping the item, and it may be different than our shipping rates for items we stock. The list of items and brands that ship from the brand directly is ever-changing, so if you have a question about where your item ships from, please simply write us a note. Your tracking information and delivery updates will be identical to that of the ones sent for items we ship directly.

Free Shipping is offered on most every USA domestic order over $149. This only applies to items shipped directly by Uncrate, and does not apply to items shipped from our brand partners. Orders placed with Free Shipping usually reach their destination within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders under $199 have will have a shipping charge based on the weight and destination of the item(s) in the order.

Select products such as frozen items, fine art, furniture, and vehicles may have extended processing and handling times that are noted on the product page and shipping methods available at checkout. Please expect these items to take longer to arrive than standard items.

Next Day shipping is offered domestically starting at $25 per order and up depending on the weight of the items ordered. Next Day delivery does not arrive on Saturday or Sundays (unless requested or otherwise noted), and no orders are delivered on Major US holidays such as Easter, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day. Special arrangements can be made for Saturday delivery as requested. All shipping charges are non-refundable, domestic or international.

Some orders will require a signature, at the sole discretion of Uncrate. Orders containing high value items and orders over select total order values may require a signature for delivery, at the sole discretion of Uncrate, even if signature-required service is not selected as the shipping method.

Claims: All claims regarding packages and their contents must be made within 24 hours of tracking indicated delivery. Uncrate is not responsible for porch theft or packages that show delivered on the carrier's website if they cannot be located when signature-required service is not selected at checkout.

We are not responsible for porch theft. Porch theft is an increasing problem, and we suggest using our signature required shipping option if you're concerned about theft. Once a package is left at your specified shipping address, the package and its contents are legally yours and we're unable to recover them if stolen. Shipping insurance is only offered upon special request and incurs additional fees. Requests to insure your shipment must be made within 2 hours of the order being placed. If you feel your package is at high risk for being stolen or damaged, we advise you contact us to add insurance to your package.

We may not be able to change your address. Please double check you have entered the correct shipping address before placing your order. This is especially important if you are using ApplePay or PayPal or other stored forms of payment that have pre-saved addresses . We'll make every attempt to help you get your package to the correct address, but once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes and are not responsible for packages that arrive to the address as originally entered on the confirmed order. You can use Fedex Delivery manager or UPS MyChoice, as found on the respective website, to hold your order at a pick up location.

We cannot guarantee that we can cancel your order. Once and order is placed, we cannot guarantee we'll be able to cancel the order, even if the cancellation request comes minutes after the order being placed. In order to get all of our customers their orders as quickly as possible, you order may already be in processing and once that occurs, it is virtually impossible to stop fulfillment. For this reason, we can't promise any order can be cancelled, but we will make every attempt to do so if cancellation is requested.

Freight and furniture shipping: Furniture that appears to be damaged upon arrival must be refused at the time of the delivery in order to receive a replacement or refund for the damaged item. While the freight driver is still at your residence, you must inspect the contents of the shipment and ensure no damage has occurred in transit. If damage is found, tell the freight driver that you refuse the delivery and he or she will take the package and contents back and return it to us. If this does not occur, and damage is found later, we are unable to assist in remedying the damage beyond providing you with the part number to order from the manufacturer. This policy is in place to protect you as the customer and ensure any carrier damage is handled by the carrier without further charge to you.

Returns are free when sent back within 15 days of your receipt of the package. After 15 days, we may refuse your return and may access a 20% restocking fee.

Simply visit https://returns.uncrate.com or email us at service@uncrate.com to begin your return or exchange request and generate a pre-paid shipping label. Items will not be refunded until your return physically arrives back to our facility and is inspected.

Returns (except the below listed categories and items) are free and accepted within 15 days of your receipt of your order so long as the items are in unused condition and include their original product packaging, tags, and show no signs of use. Items sent back for a refund are not refunded until the product has been physically received at our facility and are manually inspected against all return policies. Orders that are 15 days beyond your receipt of the package are subject to a manual review for return eligibility and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

It is not necessary to return the original outer shipping packaging from your order, however we recommend using the same shipping packaging your order arrived in to return it, so long as the packaging isn't damaged. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.

Some items are eligible for box-less returns and drop off at HappyReturns returns bar locations. Items eligible for this program will automatically show this option during the returns process. All items, including items sent back via HappyReturns, are not refunded until physically inspected at our facility.

Please allow up to 1 week after your return has been received for a refund to be issued, and longer during December and January.

Exchanges are free and welcome on almost all orders, even if you purchased an item at a redline sale price, pending availability. We strongly encourage you to place a new order instead of an exchange, and return the item not needed for a refund. This dramatically speeds up the process of you receiving the correct item. The option to do a "traditional" exchange most items on your own is presented at our returns portal found https://returns.uncrate.com.

Some items cannot be returned: "Surplus" items (items purchased at a redline price), grooming items, select collectible LEGO sets, furniture, personal care, food items, and books are final sale and are not eligible to be returned. Items that show clear signs of use will not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Uncrate reserves the right to not refund any item sent back that meets any of the mentioned criteria for non-returnable items. Clothing items and shoes must include their original tags, shoe box, or other attached items or they will not be refunded upon being returned.

Return Fraud: In recent months return fraud has increased and is not tolerated by Uncrate. We are aware of several schemes and mechanisms being utilized in attempt to game or defraud the returns process. In the event you attempt to commit return fraud on any order from Uncrate, the order will not be refunded under any circumstances, and we will fight all chargebacks or disputes with full evidence of the fraud. Returns showing multiple tracking numbers will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Holiday Returns: Orders placed between November 1st and December 31 of any given year may be returned up until January 31 of the following year, all other policies held equal.

International returns from Canada can be sent back using the flat rate label provided by listing https://returns.uncrate.com (there is a fee for using this label), or can be sent back via the carrier of your choice and all re-importation and shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All other international returns must be sent back using the carrier of your choice. Domestics and International shipping charges are non-refundable, and import duties, VAT, and importation fees are not refundable on international orders. Please note your shipment as "returned goods" if returning a package from outside the United States. You are responsible for reimportation fees if returning from outside the United States.

---International shipping is offered to nearly all countries around the world. Rates for international shipping vary based on destination and the weight of the order. These rates are displayed during checkout and there are multiple options for delivery, including FedEx Priority, FedEx Economy, and postal services on applicable orders.
