Shipping In-store Pickup or Curbside Pickup We can help get you on your way quickly with in-store or curbside pickup service. Shop anywhere, any time, and pick your items up at our store. Complimentary gift wrapping is always available! Select Your Option at Checkout At checkout, select the In-store Pickup or Curbside Pickup Option. Payment is required at time of checkout. Gift cards can be used for in-store pickup orders. In-Store Pickup When you arrive at the store, please come to the register area and someone will be happy to assist you. A photo ID and printed or digital copy of the confirmation email must be shown in store to pick up your order. You will be sent a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick up. If your order is placed when the store is closed, we will process your order the next day. Store hours are listed on your confirmation email. Refund policy We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
