Drink Carrier (75 count)

Our coffees are carefully roasted in small batches, packed and shipped from our local facility in Battlefield, Missouri. All of our coffee is roast to order. When your order is placed we add it to our production schedule. We must then roast, package, and prepare your order.

Wholesale Order Policy

Roastery hours of operation are Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm. Order cut off for same week shipping/delivery/pick-up is 10 PM (CST) on Monday. We are starting to roast at night and with the addition of a larger roaster we will be grouping orders to increase our efficiency.

To ensure quality, our typical order lead time is 2 business days. For example, if you place an order on Monday, your order gets placed on Tuesday’s production schedule, and will be shipped or delivered to you on Wednesday.

You agree not to reproduce, repackage, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. Copper Canyon Delivery Policy (wholesale)

Copper Canyon offers wholesale delivery to our customers. Upon checkout you may select "Local Pickup" or "Copper Canyon Delivery". In order to qualify for Copper Canyon Delivery orders must meet the following criteria:

•over the $250 order minimum

•be placed before the order deadline

•must not have overdue charges

Copper Canyon reserves the right to refuse delivery if bills go unpaid for an extended time. Orders that are placed after the deadline can be picked up 2 business days after they are placed, or they will be added to our delivery schedule for the following week. Orders that do not meet the order minimum will be subjected to a delivery fee or they can be picked up*, free of charge, 2 business days after placing.

*orders can be picked up from Copper Canyon Coffee at 4243 W 3rd St, Battlefield, MO 65619 during our business ours (Monday-Friday from 7am to 3pm)

Hello and thank you for your purchase. Because we have different kinds of items for sale on our website we have several different return policies.

If your coffee beans arrive and don’t fit your order we will replace them within one week of purchase date. The volatile nature of coffee makes it imperative that it is consumed in a timely manner. If your beans arrive and are different from what you ordered please email us and return your items to our store. Please return them in their original condition.

For equipment and swag we allow a 14 day return/exchange time. Items must be in original condition. If the order doesn’t fit your needs please email us and return your items to our store at:

Please include your order number (if known) and your full name, with instructions for exchange or refund. Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges is about 1-2 weeks once we receive the item(s). For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service and shoot us an e-mail at info@coppercanyoncoffee.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt and confirmation of their condition. Items must be in original condition and must be returned within 14 days of purchase for equipment/swag or 7 days for coffee beans. Shipping charges are not refundable. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue credit to CopperCanyonCoffee.com.

If you have purchased Copper Canyon Coffee through a retailer, check the store’s return policy. Most retailers honor returns and exchanges. If there is a problem, feel free to contact us at info@coppercanyoncoffee.com and we will do our best to help.

Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged by mail or in-store.

For a full refund returns must be made with the original receipt and merchandise must be in its original condition.

Returns by mail without a receipt require an order number, name and address.

Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
