We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but understand if you need to return your items.

All returned items must be in an unworn, re-sellable conditions with the original tags intact and your original proof of purchase must be provided for us to process refunds for returned items.

Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted. Non-sellable conditions include products that have been worn, washed, are missing their original tags or labels and products where the hygiene seal is broken or missing.

Please ensure that you return the goods to us folded and in their original packaging. Please note if you have purchased gift wrap as part of your purchase, that the charges for our gift wrapping service is non-refundable, and therefore you are not required to return any gift wrapping as part of your return.

GIFTS

If you have received an item from Finisterre as a gift, you may return it directly to us in exchange for a gift card to the value of your return. This option is subject to our standard returns terms set out in this policy.

To return a gift item online, you will need the following information from the original order: order number and delivery post code. Head to this portal and select 'start a gift return' and then follow the on-page instructions. Alternatively, you can return your gifted item(s) to any of our UK store locations to receive a gift card to the value of your return. In order to process your gift return in store, you will need to provide the original online order number and delivery postcode for gifts purchased online, or valid proof or purchase or gift receipt for items purchased in store.

UK RETURNS

Online Purchases

For items ordered online, you may request a return in exchange for a refund of your purchase within 14 days after the date of delivery of your order by heading over to this portal and following the on-page instructions. Once you've completed this, the items must be returned to us within 14 days of submitting your return request. We will send your shipping label and instructions via email. There is no need to print anything. Just take your packed return to any Royal Mail drop-off Location. Show a store associate your QR code, and they'll take care of the rest.

Returning an online order by post will incur a small £1.95 charge to support transport and processing costs. This is applied per returned parcel. The charge will be deducted automatically from your refund.

Upon receipt by the warehouse, your return may take up to a week to be processed and up to 14 days during busier periods.

Once your returned items have been received back to our warehouse, refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 14 days.

We will issue a full refund for the items returned and the cost of standard delivery, if you paid for shipping and provided that the full order has been returned. If only part of your order is returned, any delivery charge will not be refunded.

Alternatively, you may return your online purchase to a Finisterre store in the UK free of charge. Store locations can be found here . You will need your original proof of purchase.

In-store Purchases

You can return items purchased in store to any of our UK store locations within 28 days of purchase. You must provide your original proof of purchase in order to receive a refund for your returned item(s).

You can also returns items purchased in any of our UK stores via the online portal and following the instructions set out above for online purchases.

Please note that refunds may only be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For all international orders, please head over to this portal and follow the on-page instructions. You'll need your order number starting with # and email address to complete this. We partner with Global-e for International Shipping and Returns. Further information can be found on the dedicated service portal .

Returning international orders will incur a small fee to cover postage charges back to the UK. The cost is variable by country and parcel weight. US returns cost $15 per parcel. Canadian returns cost Ca$20 per parcel. Republic of Ireland returns cost €15 per parcel. EU Returns costs are variable by country and parcel weight, and are usually between €20-€30.

Any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non-refundable.

FAULTY ITEMS

If an item that you purchase is faulty, you can return it online or in-store for free.

Please note that this guarantee is provided in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It does not replace or limit any statutory rights you may have in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange something in your order please re-order the new item and return the original to us for a refund.

If you are near any of our UK stores , you can exchange your item. You will need to bring your original proof of purchase.
