LOCAL PICKUP

In store pick-up is available. An conformation email will be sent when your order is ready for pick-up. Holidays can affect pick-up days and times. Due to the pandemic, a mask is required to be worn when picking up an order.

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil each and every order as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING

Free shipping is applied to orders whose sums are $50 before taxes are applied.

We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. Shipping times may vary based upon location.

Please keep in mind that USPS and other delivering companies as well have currently been behind on deliveries, due to high volumes in packages. There has also been quite a few holidays that may have affected USPS and other delivery companies as well.

PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ORDERS

Personalized or custom orders may take up to 3-5 weeks to prepare. These orders have an extended processing time, because they are made-to-order. Also. please allow an extended amount of time at least an extra 2-3 weeks to be delivered. If you are ordering a customized or personalized item from another international country please allow at least a month to receive your order.

Also, please keep in mind that once your order has shipped we as a company have no control over it. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at dimescosmetics20@yahoo.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any questions relating to returning any item(s) at dimescosmetics20@yahoo.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
